Okay this last one is just so I can talk about Romeo and Juliet and how it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Romeo meets Juliet after basically wrecking the family party thing and then they... fall in love? at the age of nearly 14? At first sight? They kiss after just meeting and then Romeo proceeds to stalk Juliet while she gets ready for bed. Not even a few days later, Romeo proposes to Juliet, and they get 'lively' in the bedroom. Like, wtheck. And Juliet ends her life because she can't be with someone she just met a few days prior and then Romeo takes his own as well. Then the families build statues to honor their love and sacrifice? Like no, that wasn't sacrifice, that was stupidity.
Also haven't told my parents I'm aroace and when I told my mom that I would pick my career over nearly anyone, she looked at me like I was crazy. We were watching Joe Pickett and whenever Mary Beth said she had a law degree and instead was a housewife I said she should leave him and go put her degree to use.
