Never had I known I was cold
Until my skin can no longer feel your warmth
Never thought memories were sad and old
Until I now see traces of you in them
Never had I thought I knew how home feels like
Until you have abandoned my being
Always thought love was difficult
Until you laid them all too smoothly
That now I know it too well
Though I wish I didn't
Kinda wish you didn't teach me what it was
I wouldn't have been here, with these wandering thoughts of you
From a distance.
