Chapter 5 - Uncontrollable

I sighted the bracelet on Sophie's wrist... It could be that the shadow has something to do with the bracelet??
I had to STOP Sophie, she wouldn't hurt herself!!
Sophie turned and looked at me, she said "Emily please help me, I can't control it.. I don't want to hurt myself,I told Sophie to remove the bracelet on her wrist....

Sophie struggled with the demon inside her and threw the knife away, she also tore out the bracelet and immediately fell unconscious, I thought this was all over.. I heard a knock on the door, It was MOM!!

Mom walked in and found Sophie laying unconsciously on the floor, she saw a pair of knife close to her.. Mom  asked me what happened, she said "Emily don't tell me you tried to kill your sister, I told the doctor he shouldn't discharge you yet, I don't feel you are still okay Emily.. I tried convincing mom that I didn't hurt Sophie but she didn't listen.. Mom took Sophie and ran downstairs..

(30 minutes later)
Dad announced to the guest that the party was over and so everyone left... Sophie later recovered from her consciousness and was left on the couch where she was taking a nap..

(I overheard mom calling the doctor on the phone)
Doctor Han, please come and take my daughter away, I can't even go close to her.
Doctor: What happened ma'am
Mom: Earlier today, during Sophie's party, Emily took Sophie upstairs to change her outfits but she took so long and so I decided to go look for her. Guess what!?
Doctor : What?
Mom: I saw Sophie lying unconsciously on the floor while Emily was sitting close to her and there was a pair of knife beside her.. She tried killing her sister!!
Doctor: Are you sure of what you are saying ma'am.
Mom: yes doc, I'm 100 percent sure
Doctor: Ma'am don't panic or anything, I think this is more than a doctor can handle, she attempted murder, please call the cops, At this point, you shouldn't care or bother if Emily is your daughter or not, the girl is evil, please listen, CALL THE COPS!!.

I couldn't believe that my mom would actually call the police on me... The most painful part of everything is that Sophie could not remember anything that had happened, mom told her that I tried to kill her and so everyone was scared of me!! Am I the shadow now??

Mom and the doctor continued their conversation on the phone.
Mom: I don't think my daughter is evil, I feel something is going on, I don't want my daughter to go to jail please.
Doctor : A child who tried to kill their own blood, their little sister is nothing compared to a devil. I don't think anything is wrong with her, she just need to be jailed. Call the cops ma'am or I will do it for you!!
Mom: I think you are right

(Mom picked up her phone and dialed 911 and told them everything )
I wasn't bothered about going to jail, but I was more worried about my sister and the bracelet.. I don't want it to hurt anyone else.. Now, I know that the bracelet can't hurt me but can make me see things that others cannot see..The unfortunate part is that, the bracelet can make others hurt themselves!!

I ran upstairs and luckily found the bracelet on the floor, I took it and headed downstairs... While coming down, I saw two police men pointing their guns at me!!
Police men : Hands up!! You are under arrest ma'am, you have the right to remain silent because anything you say will be used against you in the court of law!.
I raised my hands up and knelt down, the police men came after me and handcuffed me...

Mom looked at me and "I'm Sorry hun.. The police men dragged me away for interrogations... On getting into the car, I wasn't with my bracelet, It probably fell from my hand.. Oh no, I don't want anyone else hurt..what if??
