My dear, you are so wild and free.
All things that you are, I once wished I too could be.
Time that could be spent on introspection I sometimes use for you,
Frequently wondering who I'd be if I did the things you do.
So reckless, So rash, So care-free. Or so it seems.
But my senses are open and I can see the tremors of your soul-
The same tremors that shook mine, once upon a time.
I hold you dear, so I fear for you, I pray for you, and I won't do the things you do.
A safe haven full of light, my mind is always open.
Be majestic, wild, and free. I promise I won't judge.
And when you need comfort from the terror, you'll always have a hug.
