Simba and Nala stared at each other in silence, the fight around them had stopped.

Rani and Nirmala hurriedly made their way over to Kion to check his condition. The wound on his side from when one of the lionesses sank her claw into him had stopped bleeding, but the bite wound on his back was still bleeding, though not as bad as it originally was.

Some of Kion's usually golden fur was stained red. Nirmala did a thorough inspection of Kion while Rani spoke and nuzzled him softly.

Nirmala found kion had a sprained paw and nothing really else wrong with him, except for the exterior wounds

Nala and Simba kept staring at each other until Nala finally broke the silence

Nala: what are you doing here Simba

Simba: The plan was to kidnap the princess, but I think we will take you instead

Nala growled at Simba, before turning around and walking towards Kion

Simba: Either come with us or we kill the cub

Nala turned quickly towards simba, growling with her teeth bared, getting right in his face

Nala: You will not touch Kion

Simba: return to the pridelands with us and we will not need to

Nala turned to look at Kion, seeing his condition, Nala made one of the hardest choices in her life

Nala: Fine. Just let me say goodbye

Simba nodded his head

Nala turned and walked towards Kion, who had his eyes open and was staring at her

Nala leaned down and gently nuzzled kion's head

Kion: Don't go, Please

Nala could see the tears leaving his eyes and did her best not to let her own tears fall

Nala: I have to Kion. I am doing this to ensure your safety

Nala the placed a gently kiss on Kion's head

Nala: Stay strong, my little warrior, let the elders guide you down the right path and remember, Mama always Loves you.

Nala then turned and started walking away, each step tearing her apart, Tears now falling freely down her face

She walked up next to Simba who was smiling

the group of intruding lions started walking away now taking Nala with them

Kion

I could do nothing but watch as those Lions took my mother away, tears were falling down my face without stop

I slowly got to my feet, doing my best to keep pressure off my sprained paw, leaning against Rani who was nuzzleing the side of my head in an attempt to comfort me

I watched their retreating forms, many emotions started to fill me, anger, sadness, a feeling of weakness.

Kion growled as thunder started to be heard as clouds gathered up behind kion, he closed his eyes, taking a deep breath, opening his eyes, then he Roared

Strong winds blasted from the clouds as they took the form of roaring lions

Kion continued roaring for a few seconds before stoping breathing deeply, the clouds vanishing

Kion then collapsed from exhaustion
