5. Weird

"Sam,sleep already that's my final warning"
Sam: ok Mr Rajput I'll sleep now don't peeve around

She took off her specs which she wears only while working. I gave her a glare and she went to the washroom while rubbing her eyes.I switched off the game and her laptop which she was working on and made her bed

"Sam I have some work I'm going to the study room if i see you awake on my way back then we'll cancel tomorrow's outing"
Sam: stop with your warnings and fuck off already veer

She shouted and I chuckled

It's midnight now I lost track of time,you can count me as a workaholic person samaira would be very happy to hear me admitting this cause I never do that not when she mocks me so much about it, thinking of her I switched off the lights of the study room and went towards her room which Is basically beside mine although at a distance but still can be counted as the one beside. I saw her lights on and I was ready to yell at her, I warned this girl to sleep early and yet she's addicted to that stupid game admit that you're jealous over the video game getting more attention than you my conscience said which is always right and I don't like to accept it's facts

I got inside her room and frowned at the door not being locked I rushed towards samaira as she was sweating and mumbling to herself, a nightmare
Sam can never be someone to have them anyone can have nightmares stupid told you right my conscience I rolled my eyes at myself you have something more important to be worried at

I didn't know what to do. I simply shook her once she didn't woke up

"Sam, samaira!"

She stopped mumbling and snuggled closer to my hand which was on her cheek. I sighed to myself I loosened my hold from her and brought a towel to wipe the sweat on her face I caressed her cheek she looked so peaceful I gave a kiss on her forehead and went to my room

"GOOD MORNING VEEER"

He just gave me a nod he looked immersed in his thoughts somewhere

"Hey, you woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what"

He ignored me and stuffed airpods In his ears

"Weird"
Ashi: hey, good morning
"Good morning Ash!!"
"What's wrong with him"

we both asked each other at the same time and shrugged at the same time as well and giggled

Ashi: he's been like that since the morning he usually behaves this way when he didn't got sleep
"Leave him. What are you wearing today???"
Ashi: for what?
"Dumbhead how can you forget so early!!remember we're going out today!!you don't know how excited I am"
Ashi: omg yes I dooo remember I thought you were talking about something else other than that
"No"

I got distracted by my phone's ringtone I took my phone out and frowned at the person calling me it's unusual for me to get call from my dad it much be usual for others but my dad and our relation is just not so simple I would rather say we are not stable conversational vise. I got rid of my thoughts and answered the call excusing myself from the siblings

"Mr Singhania"
"I've heard that the deal is finalised"
"Yes Mr Singhania,I wanted to inform you after the formalities were dealt with"
"I had a talk with Mr David he said about having another meeting with you"
"But why"
"He wants to show you his company which is just an excuse apparently he wanted to include some clauses in the papers"
"I see"
"You remember right samaira you have to take lead in whatever you are doing"
"Yes Mr Singhania"
"Meet him today I know he won't let go of the deal as it's very convincing and profitable just make sure to not give him the lead and change anything"
"I've studied business and handled the company since few years already Mr Singhania I'm not a newbie just wanted you to remember that"
"That, i know.I expect a call after everything is done"

And he hanged up and I got another call from my secretary

"Yes I know I just got a call from him"
"Should i set the meeting then?"
"Sure, shivaansh"

I hanged up irritated i was so excited for today and now the whole excitement is down I walked back to my room mindlessly and switched on my ipad to go through the papers over a final time

"Ma'am,Queen is asking for your presence over breakfast"

I nodded and got down after changing out of my joggers into something decent

"Good morning"

I told every one and sat beside veer which is my usual seat now

Baba sa: why Is my sunshine so down today?
"Who is?I am not"

I asked shrugging to which he chuckled noticing changes in my mood

Baba sa: I didn't wanted to ruin your mood further but samaira we can't go out today
"Why's that Baba sa?"
Maa sa: Prince shyam and his family is coming today

She said giving a soft smile i nodded my head and looked at ashi she looked down sadly I didn't yet had a talk with her

Baba sa: we'll go tomorrow nothing will come in the way ok?

"It's ok Baba sa, maa sa why are you feeling so sad about it, also I have a urgent meeting today so I'll be heading out, our outing should've been postponed anyhow"
Maa sa: when will you be going then?
"Maa sa it's a meeting over lunch"
Maa sa: ok dear

I prepared myself for the meeting by going over some of the bullet points. I can't let Mr David change any clause.
I changed into this

"Samaira Ma'am, I'm at the place you've send me the location of"
"I'll be there shivansh"

I informed my secretary and took my laptop not forgetting to put my phone in my sling bag I went downstairs and saw there were people seated together with maa sa and Baba having a talk I gave smiles to who ever I made eye contact with finally I mouthed maa sa I'll be out

I glanced at veer to see him looking at me already his gaze looked hot.

I mouthed the same thing to him to which he nodded I looked at my watch as I got another call from my secretary I answered the call and made my way out
