8. How does it feel to be in love?

I was reposting one of a story ranvijay had mentioned me in while chuckling

"You look beautiful, worth the efforts,  must say!"

Veer said, i looked up from my phone

"How do you know about the efforts?"

I asked while giggling

Veer: i saw rj's story "and that's how 30+ people helped her in wearing a saree"

We both laughed this is my look btw it's such a lovely and elegant saree though I feel overdressed cause we're just simply going out but i was the one who asked maa saa what to wear

"Thanks for yesterday veer"
Veer: want me to kill you?

He tried to imitate me keyword "tried"

"Anyways how was the meeting yesterday"
Veer: which one?
"You know,with ashi's to be in laws"
Veer: oh that,they went back after a while as Prince shyam was busy and couldn't come
"Ohh"

I nodded noting the information

Veer: let's go for breakfast
"Yeah you go,I'll put on my heels and come"

He nodded and left my room with slow steps like he always do

"Good morning everyone"
Baba sa:Good morning dear you look so beautiful
"Thank you baba sa"

I whispered shyly taking a seat beside veer

Ashi: bhabi sa you look so amazing not to forget Mom that is your saree right?you know bhabi sa I had my eyes on that one since forever and she never let me touch it
Maa sa: Not forgetting your clumsy nature i didn't wanted any stain on that one
"Rani sa isn't that saree-"
Maa sa: yes it's the saree which I wore when I visited the kingdom for the first time
Ashi: you're lucky huh bhabi sa~

She gave me a teasing look pressuring on her last word,it's one of our inside joke over her calling me bhabi

Sam: That was just marvellous baba sa,thank you for showing me around I'm in love with the city I will never ever get home sick living here
Baba sa: You should stay here forever then
Sam:I wish that too baba sa

She pouted sadly
Well today samaira and baba sa were unstoppable.Samaira was so interested in listening the history and seeing her enthusiasm even baba sa kept on telling her.Me,maa sa and ashika kept looking at eachother thinking when will they stop

"Take a break from your talking and sit"

I pulled out a seat for her beside me currently we came to a famous restaurant for dinner of which I booked reservation In the private booth

Sam: baba sa which-

She started again

"Sam you have baba sa to yourself he's not running away you can ask your questions anytime"

I passed her one of the digital tab which has the menu to be selected and will be directly sent to the chef

Sam: jealous Prince

She muttered while going through the menu

"What?he's my father i don't need to be jealous of your bonding"

She rolled her eyes on which I chuckled she looks cute whenever she does that

"Ashika!"

I swayed my hands in front of her she was looking at us dreamily while leaning her face on her elbow which was on the table

Ashika: you both are perfect for each other

I cleared my throat being uncomfortable, I've heard this a lot.  People mistaking me and samaira as "couples" and I always get uncomfortable cause somewhere in my heart I do want to live that reality

Sam: oh ashi you've underestimated my standards

She sighed sadly turning the conversation into a fun one. I don't know how swiftly she can sense my discomfort and turn the topic into some joke of hers

"What more do you need Sam you have the crown Prince"
Sam: don't think ahead of yourself crown prince I'm too perfect for anyone

Everyone present at the table laughed now I feel like a complete family.Sam has definitely changed a lot of things which I don't wanna get used too

I passed on the cup of coffee to ashi

Ashi: thanks bhabi sa I really needed this

I gave her shoulder a squeeze and sat beside her we were currently sitting in the lawn at night having a cup of coffee
I took a sip of coffee and sighed in pleasure

"I make the best coffee don't i"

Ashi gave a laugh and i laughed looking at her

Ashi: you definitely do bhabi sa
"Hey why are you laughing"
Ashi: I'll never get used to your bluntness haha
"That's what your brother always say"

She giggled

Ashi: how does it feel to be in love bhabi sa?

I choked on my coffee I gave a long pause battling with my thoughts

"I don't think I've fallen in love but For me I think love doesn't differs.You love your mother that's the same feeling over loving your other half but much more intensely, generally feeling a powerful sense of empathy toward our beloved, feeling the other person's pain as our own and being willing to sacrifice anything for the other person tho Loving someone instead of feeling "in love" with them"

Ashi: you really have your way with words bhabi sa

Ashi said looking deep in her thoughts

"What are you thinking?"

I asked giving her a glance then looking at the sky filled with stars

Ashi: will I be able to love him bhabi sa?Will we ever have a fairy tale love story?

"Life is not a fairy tale ashu, you'll definitely have your ups and downs but getting over them together that's what will make your relationship stronger"

Ashi stood up "can I get a hug?" She asked I nodded and stood up too pulling her in my embrace caressing her back

Ashi: you don't look like you've never fallen in love bhabi sa
"It's not actually from experience but what I've heard and see"

I had my shares of boyfriend's but,  love...?I don't think so I've ever fallen in love with anyone it was always the attraction and infatuation

I chuckled

"Anyways you can always come to me when he troubles you I'll kick his ass"

She laughed

Ashi: I will!
