7.The CEO doesnt know how to pleat a saree

Veer: Good morning sleeping beauty

I shuffled on the soft bed not wanting to wake up

Veer: Wake up yaar you are crushing my bones

I smacked his arm and pulled my head up

"Is it morning already?"
Veer: Yeah and remember we have to go out today
"Oh yes I'm excited for that"

I replied still not getting up

Veer: Go get ready we're leaving after breakfast
"Uhuh, it's so cold"
Veer: wait, you came like that yesterday night all the way here?

"Yeah what's wrong?"

I asked not interested in the topic he sighed and shook his head

Veer: what do we do you can't go out like this

"And why can't I?"
Veer: Look at yourself stupid

I looked down at myself confused. Fuck he was right i dont wanna embarrass myself more by giving others more rumour content

Veer: wait I have an idea

He got up from his bead pulling on a robe himself

Veer: get up I'll take you to your room
"How about some morning exercise?"

"Pick me up your morning workout would be done"
Veer: picking a feather won't get my workout done
"Dude I'm not that light weight"
Veer: and I'm not workaholic

I rolled my eyes at his sarcasm

He picked me up by my arms and i wrapped my legs around his torso. He took me near the book shelf and took out a book I gave him a confused look

Veer: just wait and watch

Another door opened by now i gasped at the new found information

"What,how-"
Veer: it's like a safety guard, each room in the Palace is connected to eachother with a secret passage following the way out of the Palace for emergency purposes

He explained while walking few steps only darkness surrounding us

"It's kinda scary"

I whispered my voice echoing. I tightened my hold on Veer

Veer: hey, it's nothing to be scared of look we're already here

He opened the door which lead to my room and dropped me on my bed ruffling my hair. I gave him a glare and set my hair properly

Veer: next time use this way it will save you from embarrassment too

He laughed remembering my face the other day when everyone rumoured around things about Veer and I

"It's too dark there"
Veer: then give me a call and your knight in the shining armour will be there for you

We both laughed at that

Veer: get ready we'll be going after break fast, ok?

I nodded and put on the black robe while he exited my room

I am confused on what to wear it's still just 6 we'll be doing our breakfast by 8.
I looked at the pile of outfits not even one thing good to wear I slumped on the bed. Should i ask maa sa's opinion?yeah that would be a good idea I hurried my way out of the room asking one of the servant to take me to the queen's room

*knock*

Maa sa: yes?
"Maa sa"
Maa sa: come inside dear
"Good morning maa sa"
Maa sa: Good morning my dear, how are you here
"Actually i was confused on what to wear as we are going out today right"

Her eyes sparkled like she was waiting for me to ask her that question

Maa sa: I have the perfect thing for you
"And what is that?"
Maa sa: I'll send it through a servant ok?

"I'll take my leave then"

I made my way back to my room and looked at my phone ugh it's dead i took my phone's charger and put it on charge

*knock*
"Come in"
"Queen have send this for you"
"Thank you, can you keep it on the bed"

I asked the servant as I was applying oil to my hair before going for a bath. She kept and went off closing my door I locked the room and went for a shower

"No guys it wasn't easy"

I was in between a meeting with my office staff on my macbook. The main topic over the meeting was done being discussed and now we're just having normal conversations. I went towards the bed to see what maa sa has sent for me

A saree?

"Does anyone know how to wear a Saree?"
"And what for you're asking?"

Sakshi asked, my best friend also the finance manager of my company

"Cause I have to wear a saree and I don't know how to wear"

I shrugged

No one answered everyone busy in their own world

One of the employee said I sighed we have a friendly work atmosphere no one gets offended

She gave a nod and we can hear the chaos already

"Sakshu we told you we were bored we don't want to be more bored by getting on one of your meetings"

Ranvijay our school friend said

He muttered few curses on me and was shifting here and there probably searching for his wife

"Samy weren't you on your honeymoon?"
"We just returned yesterday and it's already boring here"

He replied while yawning

"What is everyone even doing?"

Everyone started giving suggestions as to where to wrap the saree from everyone had different opinions some asked me to wrap the saree from left, right here and there it was the most chaotic fifteen minutes of my life and I still didn't get it
