"Congrats, sweety! Mama and Papa are so proud of you!"

"Thanks, ma..."

Ryujin smiled at her parents, hugging them. She finally graduated in Highschool, and is now ready for College. She graduated as the school's Valedictorian, earning so many awards and achievements. Her parents were so proud of her, and were grateful for having a hardworking and smart daughter.

However, Ryujin wasn't that happy.

She waited for Yuna. And she's still waiting. She learned that waiting and being patient would definitely cause her good, and she even learned that from her. She had her hopes up every single day.

A year has passed since the last time she saw the younger girl, and she doesn't even know if Yuna still remembers her as her friend.

Ryujin felt pathetic once again. It was the second time that someone left her without a clue.

'You're an idiot, Shin Yuna. You broke your promise... I hate you.'

Yet deep down inside her, Ryujin knew that she can never hate the girl. In her heart, she knows that she was still hoping that one day, she'd come back and they'd hang out again like what they do before.

She can just hope.

"Ma, pa... Can I have a phone?"
