Which made Teddy jealous...

"He told the other boys you're his type"

"I told him that I'm with you and I'm happy"

And a shock recoupling arrived...

"Islanders. It's time to recouple." 

"The girl not chosen to be in a couple will be dumped from the island

Ivy POV

My heart was racing in my chest as AJ began to speak because I knew she had fancied Teddy and being out of control of the situation scared me

Teddy had obviously noticed this and he sent me a reassuring smile which made me feel better

"So the boy I'd like to couple up with is..." Faye next to me squeezed my hand tightly "Hugo"

I let out the biggest sigh of relief and AJ left us to go join Hugo at the fire pit

Then Danny stood up and this time I noticed Teddy beginning to play with his hands nervously and I blew him a kiss in reassurance. I also knew there was a chance Danny would pick me but my heart was with Teddy

"So the girl I'd like to couple up with is...Faye"

I grinned and squeezed my best friend tightly before she walked up the fire pit to sit with Danny

Next up was Aaron and we had all expected him to pick Lucinda after she showed interest in him but he shocked everyone by staying loyal to Kaz

Then it was Jake who of course chose Liberty with a very cute speech

After him was Liam who chose Millie

Then it was Toby who chose Chloe and I shared a quick hug with her, which left me and Lucinda and we both knew who was going home because Teddy was choosing next

"I want to couple up with this girl because I've never felt this way with anyone before and I love getting to know her and I'm really excited to see where our journey goes inside and outside the villa. She's absolutely stunning, she makes me so happy, and whenever I'm with her I'm always laughing and smiling. So the girl I want to couple up with is...Ivy"

Of course I was so glad to be with Teddy again but I knew that we had just sent Lucinda home so instead of running over to Teddy I turned to the blonde next to me and hugged her tightly

"I'm sorry babe" I whispered

"Don't worry about it" She said "I'm going to miss you"

"I will too" I said and squeezed her tightly before letting go of her so she could say goodbye to everyone else

We all headed inside and the girls helped Lucinda pack her suitcase before we all waved her off as she walked down the driveway

After she was out of sight we headed back outside and I joined Teddy on the swing

"I liked your speech" I said "And of course thank you for picking me"

"You don't have to thank me" He chuckled "I was always going to pick you"
