This is Kimon, the leader of the sloth ring, and he is often found cooped up in his office doing computer/cybernetic inventions and stuff. However he really isn't the best with handling children. Due to that he abandoned his child, and he now he tries to make up for it but fails. Not like he cares though, like I said he focuses on his inventions and work more. Tell him to make a gps that can track people down or a collar that can prevent someone from going haywire, he'll do that but the second you tell him to try to take his child back he'll disappear in a few seconds.
