Just intimidating
Nonsense noise
While instilling
Fear and trauma

So take a deep breath and count to ten
If you can't do the simple task then
You must get out for some fresh air
To cool down the steaming anger
Clouding your hot head

When you can begin
A clear thought again
Wisely choose your words
To explain the why not of what's done
And please mind your tone

Remember to ask in turn
Then listen well
And let them tell
What they understood
Of all that you've told
