The three of you continued on, carrying a severely injured Violet. "Silco's goons aren't far behind..we have to keep moving." Caitlyn stated. You nodded in agreement and looked down at Violet's wound. Deep down you were nervous that she wouldn't make it. You bit your lip anxiously as you approached a cliff.

"What the hell is that?" Violet asked.

"The sign?" Caitlyn questioned

"Never mind..just get me to the edge." Violet commanded as you all moved forward. You glanced down at the pit and let go of Violets arm.

"I'll go down first...that way I can catch you if you fall." you stated shortly before leaping. You landed on a beam, making the structure wobble. Once the fixture stopped shaking you jumped over to a nearby pole, sliding to the bottom. When your feet reached the ground you waved your arms in the air, signaling for Violet to come down. She was doing fine until the structure began to shake once more. Violet crashed into a beam and started flying down. Without thinking, you popped open a vial, hidden in a belt on your thigh. You manipulated the blood in the vial and grabbed Violet, placing her carefully on the ground. She panted and opened her mouth to say something but you quickly stopped her. "Don't say anything about it. Nobody knows." you interjected, slightly regretting revealing your secret. Violet immediately understood and nodded, not saying a word. You offered a hand and pulled her up to your level allowing her to rest on your shoulder. Your eyes slowly adjusted to the new darkness and you surveyed your surroundings. Your heart sank as you saw the people around you. "Glimmer victims.." you muttered, talking to no one in particular. Footsteps began approaching and you heard Caitlyn's uneven breaths. She ran to Violet's side and put her arm on her shoulder, helping you carry her. Then Caitlyn began to look around, fear and confusion clouding her eyes.

"What is this place..?" Caitlyn murmured, grabbing her flashlight out of her pocket.

"It's where the people you topsiders don't want to think about, wind up...it was never this big though.." replied Violet, looking around. Caitlyn shined her light on the nearby people and they shank back with fear. They whined and covered their eyes as they ran away. She noticed a nearby building and pointed,"There." The three of you walked over to the building and you kicked the door open, causing it to bust open. You sat Violet on a wooden bench and tossed Caitlyn your handkerchief to clean Violet up. You gestured to Caitlyn that you were going to stand outside and closed the door. You leaned on the wall outside, looking upwards at the sky. You made sure to be aware, listening for any noises to indicate that there were enemies nearby. A metallic flavor filled your mouth and you touched your lip, staining your fingers with your unusually colored blood. You moved your fingers in a swift motion to the side, manipulating your blood to rid your mouth of it. Your worry had been getting to you and you had been biting your lip this whole time, not like you had noticed. You began to take deep breaths to calm your mind. The soft, calm voice of your mother filled your brain.

"When your scared or anxious, just count the stars. You will be so busy admiring them, that you won't have the time for those bad thought to bother you anymore!" she mused. A small smile formed on your face as you looked upwards. Your fingers fiddled with your earrings as you counted. Suddenly, a tall figure caught your eye. It seemed like a person was watching you from above. You stood straight and began to run in it's direction when the door opened. You turned to see Caitlyn, who had just come out of the building. When you looked back, the figure was gone. A part of you wanted to go and see who it was, but you knew it would be a bad idea to follow and leave Vi alone. Caitlyn closed the door silently to make sure she didn't wake Violet when you spotted a man, who had just appeared from the corner. Without hesitation, you swiped the man's legs quickly, causing him to fall on the floor. Caitlyn pulled out her gun and aimed it at the person.
