"but Naira's a straight A student"Akshara nodded "yes your right Kartik but I don't know what has happened in her English Literature classes she scored an F on her test" Naira rolled her eyes "yes mumma I know you don't have to keep repeating that" Akshara turned around "is that the time I have to be somewhere in half an hour" she said.
"Sorry beta come through" said Akshara guiding him in through the hall. "Naira beta you show your teacher to the dining room" Naira nodded "actually mumma the study room is better na all my books are there only" Akshara nodded "yes what ever works best" she said to her daughter. "Shall we go sir?" She asked innocently.
Akshara smiled at Kartik "hmm lead the way he said looking back and fourth between mother and daughter. "Hello yes Naitik I am just on my way" Kartik heard this as he walked ahead. "Here we are" she said Kartik looked at the lavish room.

"This is your study room?" She nodded "yup just put your stuff there or wherever and I-
"Naira your a bright student you don't need tuition classes" Naira looked to him whilst placing another chair "you need the money otherwise you wouldn't have agreed and I need.." he looked at her waiting for an answer. "You? no tuition so..that's why" she moved her hair to the back. "You sit here" she told him and he sat down on the chair. "So what do you think you need to improve on?" He asked her.
She sat down next to him "I um.." she began Kartik turned to her "I um? Let me tell you you don't need any help you just want to get my attention" she turned and placed her elbow on the table whilst resting her palm under her chin she gave him a look "do I have it your attention that is?" Kartik sighed "let's um start the first chapter.." he said avoiding her gaze.
"I know the whole book Kartik.. so you can just test me verbally?" Kartik nodded "but I'll just give you some mock questions and let's see how you answer them" he said. "Ok fine..you thirsty? I'll get us some drinks" he shook his head. "No need miss Singhania..right here are the questions?" He moved the paper to her. "I'll just answer them verbally" she said and started reading out the questions with the wrong answers.
