RDAT7D: Eyes of the Beholder (Merlin x OC)

PROLOUGE

"Where the heck are they? They should have been back by now" the princess mumbled, knocking on the door still. She has been waiting for almost half the day for the F7 to arrive as she has brought more stuff their inventory

The busy the Fearless 7 are, the less time they have to buy for their necessities. That's what Princess Charlotte to do to help them, besides the other figting and such.

This Princess isn't like your typical princess. Because she acts more like a tomboy. None of those pink and frilly dresses, she mostly wears the type of clothes that Princes wore for a normal day. She only needs to wear proper uniform for special guests as she has promised her parents, and to satisfy her father who misses his little girl in a dress.

"Finally! Welcome back! I could just enter, but that would be... rude... of me...." she said as she heard footsteps, then her voice faltered as she saw 7 dwarves that looked like trolls

"Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa, who are you guys?" Charlotte exclaimed as she slowly grab her sword while backing up to the entrance door

"Wait Charlotte! It's me Merlin!" The small looking troll dwarf who stood at the center said. She immediately recognized the voice but she wasn't sure.

She looked down at the arrow when she heard the clinking sound that was tied to the holster for her swords, pointing at one of the talismans that the center dwarf was holding.

Standing side to side, going inside the house. Every action that she did, the arrow kept pointing to them

"MERLIN?!"

"So let me get this straight, you helped save a princess, but she doesn't look like one?" The boys look away from her gaze as they try not to reveal what really happened. With her stare... they will easily falter

"Well you see, we uh-" Merlin tried to explain as he turned back to his friend, but immediately regrets it as he saw her glare

"Can you explain to me what they look like? " she sat up straight on her seat, placing her hands on top of her crossed knees

"Well, she is green... has blond hair" Jack described

"A princess that is green..." she muttered as she has a contemplating face. She snapped her finger as she already knew who he was talking about since there is only one that has the exact description

"You're talking about the fairy princess aren't you?"

"And how did you come up with that answer?" Arthur questioned

"I've memorized names and faces of any royal here in the island, since my mother made me in exchange of my training" Charlotte explained and slumped back to the chair

"Did she said anything on how to break it?" She inquired

"We need to kiss the most beautiful woman in the world. Which won't be easy in our current state!" Merlin pointed out

"Um, miss..." Pino started

"Any ideas?" Noki continued

"On who could kiss us?" Kio ended

"For starters, not that many people would believe that you guys are the Fearless 7" the said seven started arguing about her statement. Taking a tad bit of a pause to process, and suddenly agreed, not really...

"And besides, the answer isn't really the most beautiful of the world for all of you, its your perspective on beautiful. As I can understand to what the Fairy Princess did" Charlotte added

"And how did you get this idea, my friend?" Merlin probed

"I might act boyish, but I understand the situation since I am a girl after all" she grinned

"Since you know something about her, maybe you can help us. You can tell her to break the curse she put on us" she raised a brow at Merlin

"You do realize that she did this so that you can learn a lesson. Also it's not that easy to go to their kingdom. For you to get there you need to be invited. And if I did ask her to break the curse, I think she wouldn't. Not that I agree with her or anything" she muttered the last sentence

No one has ever heard of the Fearless 7 for about a year. They did their best in helping people, considering what they look like, they just scream in terror than thanking them.

Charlotte has been doing most of the work that needed the F7, with a little bit of their help on the sideline. She made a name for herself than the title that she normally has.

They have been trying to break the curse through this timeline, even Charlotte waited for the moment that Merlin would ask her, yet he didn't...

The triplets noticed this as they know the Princess. She met them on town when they kept doing a lot of inventions with their father, Gepetto, and he wanted his sons to spread their wings. She saw potential to them so she introduced them to the group and they welcomed to join the triplets.

They are the most observant, which seems like they weren't. They noticed Charlotte and Merlin taking glances at each other if one of them wasn't looking. They know that those two have feelings for each other, that's why they don't understand as to why none of them are making a move!
