RDAT7D: Eyes of the Beholder (Merlin x OC)

Chapter 1

"I'm here! Took a while to get here since the messenger pigeon was clueless and got lost" Charlotte said as she entered the home of the F7.

"And what's with the broom and silhouette on the tree?" She asked and didn't see them in the common room, till she heard voices in the room where she resides in. Removing her cloak and hanging it, she then headed to her room and opened the door.

Inside were the seven, with a beautiful girl. An idea immediately popped on her head, she might be the one to break one of their curses. Although, she felt that the girl has this sort of similarity in one of the princess that she knows.

Her thoughts were cut when the seven started talking to the girl that they already found her father, and that made her break them up before they kept on lying.

"You guys are so blind. She is serious about needing help, you idiots" she commented loud enough for their attention to turn to her form that was leaning on the door frame with her arms crossed.

"You are-" the girl recognized her

"Charlotte, nice to meet you. You could have ask for help to the Fearless 7, but they are-" Charlotte's voice trailed as she saw the dwarves doing a 'no' or 'stop' motion.

"Busy, at the moment. I think they have a quest or some sort, so they let this guys stay here and take care of the place" she explained

"Oh no. How long till they get back?" Charlotte shrugged her shoulders

"They didn't say"

"And with that, we're your best bet" Merlin butted in. The girl turned to Charlotte who decided to nod her head and the girl brought her gaze back to the dwarves.

"Wow. No one's offered to help me for such a long time. You guys are awesome" the girl said

"Really? You think we are awesome?" Merlin questioned in disbelief

"Yeah, you guys are caring and sweet and..."

"And not completely hideous to look at?" Merlin added

"No, you guys are totally adorable" the girl fondly said

"I think I hit her head to hard" Charlotte heard Hans whisper to the group

"But she is beautiful. She can help me break the curse" she heard Merlin this time. It made her disappointed, but if she is the one who can do it, she would help him

"Okay! You guys need to give her space. Hans, make some soup for dinner please and thank you" Charlotte then shoved them out of the room, one by one.

"She-" Arthur was about to say something till he was thrown out

'No one will be disturbing us. Call us when dinner is ready" Merlin was about to say something then door closed on him. He pouted at what she did and released a sigh heading back to his room

"Now that they are gone, want to take a bath? Or a shower? I have a personal bathroom that you can use" Charlotte suggested

"Oh! Ah, no. It-it's fine" she grinned at the girl as she took a cloth from one of the drawers

"By the way, I didn't get your name"

"It's uh... Red Shoes" Charlotte stopped unfolding the cloth that she set on the floor
