Hey everyone!
So yeah, it's been a while. Like, a long while. I don't have excuses, but I have a new chapter and that's something. More to come, definitely much sooner. Thank you for all the kind words and support in the meantime. Over 250 THOUSAND reads and #1 in diaper lover for a good while on Wattpad. That's a lot of people who like the same stuff I do. It means a lot, truly. But your not here for my rambling. Here is the LONG awaited next chapter of None The Wiser. Enjoy!
Chapter Fourteen: Realization
Sam was waiting with a look of skittish energy when Heather entered the school. Just like at the sleepover, it was jarring to see the normally confident and stoic Sam looking so out of place in what was normally her home turf. Heather immediately knew why, but didn't need to wait for confirmation.
"Guess what?" Sam said excitedly, "You're not the only one wearing a you know what to school."
Heather couldn't help but feel a flutter in her chest at the thought, but choose to push it down and ignore it.
"I'm not wearing one right now." Heather said plainly.
"Oh. Why not? Did something happen?"
Yes, thought Heather immediately, I stupidly told my parents about my diapers last night and now everything is ruined, and I just want to curl up into a ball in the corner and stay there.
Instead she replied, "No, I guess I just wasn't in the mood. Maybe I'm just decompressing from the crazy weekend" which wasn't a complete lie.
"Good for you though," Heather added, "I can't tell you're wearing even if I'm looking for it."
Heather wasn't just saying that to avoid conversation. Sam had on a pair of tight black jeans, but with a designer cardigan falling to halfway down her legs. In fact, the who outfit idea was genius the more Heather thought about it. The tight jeans held the diaper in place and limited crinkling, while the cardigan left no chance of seeing any part of her bottom or crotch. It also just so happened to be seasonally fashionable and warm.
"I suppose." Sam muttered, "I'm still nervous though." Then a little more quietly, "And I already have to pee but I can't relax enough to go."
Again there was the flutter, but Heather suppressed it, albeit with a little more difficulty this time.
"I had the same problem too. It gets easier, but to start out you might want to find a quiet corner." Heather paused for a moment to think. "That or going to the bathroom and just going hunched over in a stall might work, but it kind of defeats the purpose of a you know what."
Sam nodded. "Good to know, thanks."
A short silence followed. Sam became more aware of the dejected look on Heather's face. "Are you sure nothing's wrong?"
The warning bell rang.
"Well, I better get to class." Said Heather in response, gathering up all the positivity she could muster. "Good luck!" And with that, she turned and walked away, leaving an even more concerned Sam standing behind her.
...
Boredom was something Heather was very much accustomed to when it came to school. While normally she didn't mind the monotony so much, at present it was giving her too much time to think.
