The blazing heat of the sun spreads across my skin, kissing it with its damaging flare. I let out a deep sigh waiting for the inevitable. The fact of the matter is I'm going to die today, there was no stopping it, no stalling. This was the end. A small crystalized tear rolls down my cheek, its coldness a drastic difference from the sun. A hand reaches up and whips it away, lingering their hand on my chin. I look up into their eyes, the swirling abyss of emotion. His eyebrows are drawn together a wrinkle joining the two. I look away knowing this will be the last time I feel his warmth.....
The blazing hot sun dazels me. Warms me. The blazing hot sun, the thing that will mourn me."
