Mias POV:
'You're not serious?' I laughed.

'Mia yes obviously I'm joking calm down man.' He said, placing his hands on my shoulders and pulling me back towards him.

'I don't, can you, when did you.' I stuttered, it wasn't me, it was the drugs completely taking over my body.

'Hey hey, it's okay.' He whispered, pulling me closer.

'Please leave.' I begged.

'Bro what? Im not going whilst you're like this no way.' He said sternly.

'Go.' I ordered.

He cuddled me closer and I tried to enjoy his embrace but I kept thinking about what he'd said. I didn't want to end up like this again. I wanted to get better and better for good. Elliot ruined me. I waited until he fell asleep and climbed out of bed, putting my shoes on and banging into the bedroom door.

'Mia?' Fez groaned. I opened and closed the door slowly, shaking Rue awake and telling her to be quiet.

'Where are we going?' She whispered.

'To Nate's.' I replied.

She pulled a disgusted face but jumped up, following me from the door. I grabbed her hand and we ran down the road, laughing and dodging cars and lampposts.

'This is funny I can't even see straight.' Rue laughed, falling into a bush.

'Get up.' I laughed, grabbing my chest trying to stop myself from laughing as hard.

'Shhhhh.' She whispered, covering her mouth and pulling me into the alley besides Nate's house.

I rang the doorbell and he opened the door, looking me up and down.

'What the fuck are you doing here?' He whispered.

'We're bored anddddd we came to see you.' I smiled excitedly.

'Come in its cold.' He sighed, opening the door and letting me and rue come in.

We fell onto the sofa and he looked me up and down, weirdly.

'Mia can I talk to you?' He asked, looking to rue who was giggling to herself.

I followed him to the kitchen and he sat me up on the side, making it so we were the same height. I giggled, putting my hands on his shoulders.

'Are you okay? Like really okay?' He whispered, genuinely making me think he cared.

'Yes Nate.' I replied, my eyes dropping massively.

He put his hands on my thighs and forced me to move closer to him.

'Aren't you dating Maddy, but also fucking Cassie?' I whispered in his ear.

'Yeah but you're something different.' He replied, running his hands up my skirt.

I heard a noise outside and we both turned, seeing someone brush past it.

'I should go Nate.' I muttered, trying to jump down, but he stopped me.

'Stay, we were having fun.'

'I just wanted to say hi to you Nate I love you as a friend you're my bestfriend and Fez is really like, I dunno stressing me out at the moment.' I said, slurring my words.

'I know I know.' He whispered, moving my hair from my face.

'Yeah they're in the kitchen I think I don't know man.' I heard Rue laugh.

I pushed Nate back and pretended to look around the room, just as Fez came in.

'Don't act all fucking innocent bro I've seen what you're doing already.' He said through gritted teeth, grabbing Nate by the collar and pushing him against the wall.

'Fez I-'

'Don't you say a fucking word.' He spat, looking me up and down harshly before turning his attention back to Nate.

'If I see you fucking with her again I will kill you and I'll enjoy every last fucking second of it.' He shouted, punching him over and over.
'Fez!' I screamed, grabbing his arm.

He pushed me backwards and the only one who was able to stop him was Ash. Nate was bleeding, almost lifeless, and Fez kicked him one more time for good measure. I was scared of him now, I didn't know where to look but I didn't want to move.

'Got it?' He asked Nate one more time. Nate nodded slowly.

'I'm so sorry.' I whispered, as Fez dragged me from the room.

'Get the fuck off of me!' I shouted, pulling my arms from him. He let me go and I could see he was hurting, a lot more than I was.

'Don't fucking play with me! Let me take you home man please I swear to fucking god.' He groaned, holding his head with his hands.

'Why? It's not like we're gonna end up in a relationship!' I shouted.

'Hey, come here please.' He begged, grabbing me by the arms and pulling me close.

I collapsed into his arms, realising what had just happened.

'You need to call an ambulance for him please.' I begged.

'Let's go home.' Ashtray said, taking Rue's had and leading her out into the car.

'Fez call an ambulance!' I screamed.

He wasn't listening, I heard the back door open and knew it must've been one of Nate's parents. Fez carried me quickly from the house and threw me into the car, driving away before anyone could see us.

I refused to talk to him for the entire car journey and as we headed into my house. Ash took Rue to bed and I led Fez to my other spare room, on the opposite side of the home as my room.

'Come on.' He whispered, begging me to stop being so harsh on him.

'You will sleep in this bed, and then you will leave tomorrow morning and never speak to me again Fezco.' I said sternly.

'Bro come on that's not my name to you, you know that. You call me fez.' He said sadly.

'Goodnight Fezco.' I whispered, closing the door on him.

'Fuck.' He shouted, punching the door hard. He'd gone too far this time.
