Y/N returned from her shower in her bralette and trunks, using her towel to dry her hair. She found her girlfriend standing over some dresses which she had laid out on the clean floor.
"What the hell are you doing, Cupcake?" Y/N asked as she moved to her girlfriend's side.
"Looking at dresses. How was your shower?" Caitlyn asked as she placed a quick kiss to Y/N's cheek.

"Would've been better if you had joined me, but why are we looking at dresses?" Y/N asked as she wrapped her arm around Caitlyn's waist.
Caitlyn looked to Y/N and gave her the biggest smile, "We have been invited to a ball."
"A ball?" Y/N asked, slightly confused.
"It's like a big party. There will be dancing, music, nice food and drinks." Caitlyn explained.
"Who's going to this party then?" Y/N asked as she tossed her towel on the table behind her before she wrapped her arms around Caitlyn, pulling her closer.
"You, me, Vi, my parents and a bunch of other people. Council members and people like that." Caitlyn replied as she wrapped her arms around Y/N's neck.
Y/N nodded, then looked back to the dresses on the floor.
"So, who are the dresses for exactly?" Y/N asked as she looked down at the floor, her arm still wrapped around Caitlyn's waist as the couple looked at the display of fabric.
"Well, I thought maybe we could dress to impress since it's strictly black tie. I've already chosen my dress for the evening, I was just looking for a dress for you." Caitlyn smiled as she looked to Y/N.

Y/N chuckled and shook her head, "Cupcake, I appreciate the effort. I really do, but I'm not gonna wear a dress. Neither is Vi, if you were thinking of offering them to her too."
