I have been feeling off all day.
My tummy hurt I have arm and leg cramps, I feel clammy.
"Mummy" I whine
"Baby what's wrong, your pale"
"I don't feel good mummy"
"Oh baby, what hurts?"
"Uh tummy and my arms and legs hurty"
"Yeh?" I nod "it has been hot lately maybe you have a heat stroke- Nat!!"
"Yeh?"
"Come down"
"Ight, I'm coming" ( I bet you are- I am so going to hell- lol)
"What's up?"
" Y/n/n isn't feeling well"
"Oh baby, what's wrong with her?"
"She says her belly hurts and she had sore legs and arms"
"Oh- baby girl, c'mon let's go shower maybe you'll feel better then"
"Otay mama"

after the shower, y/n fell asleep after the shower so I took that opportunity to get some cleaning done.
Bit it was t long before I heard crying, I ran quickly up the stairs and to mine and nats room.
I walked in and saw y/n sitting up in bed with Nat and she had been sick all on the bed and herself, and a little bit on Nat.
"Mummy!" She cried out.
"Shh darling, it's okay" I cooed trying to calm her down while Nat ran a bath and wiped the sick of her.

After the bath, y/n fell asleep again and stayed asleep. It was around nine at night and Nat and I where tired so we went to bed
