(Hogwarts, 21st October)
Akaashi's POV :

Halloween. A day of tricks, treats and utter chaos. At hogwarts, we don't dress up or anything, but each house was assigned a role for the festivities.

Slytherin was in charge of the haunted house in the field. Hufflepuff was in charge of the spooky dinner. Ravenclaw was in charge of decorations around the grounds. And Gryffindor was in charge of the show (with fire works or a play, etc) in the quidditch field.

Today was the 21st of October, meaning we had 10 days to prep all festivities and have a great Halloween.

Me, Yachi, Kenma, Osamu, and some first years; we're in charge of decorating the library and court yard.

We had candles, cobwebs, inflatable monsters. Everything and anything.

When I was decorating the library near the restricted section, somebody tapped on my shoulder. I jumped as my soul left my body. I was relieved to see Bokuto with a cheery grin. I smacked him on the shoulder. "Stop scaring me!" I scolded him, he laughed playfully."Aw Akaashi, it's so fun when you jump like a scared cat though." I playfully rolled my eyes.

"I thought you were helping kuroo with the big production." I said going back to my decorating.

He grabbed a bin of cobwebs and helped me. "The production is going to be the same as last years, the Gryffindor quidditch team will do some tricks with their brooms while those not apart of the quidditch team do lighting, music, and other things I can't remember." He explained excitedly.

God I love his smile. "You're going to do tricks?" I asked, he hummed. "Don't fall off your broom like you did when it was tryouts."

He pouted and looked away. "I did not fall, I almost fell. And that's because you were distracting me!" He defended.

Bokuto is amazing. He can be so childlike and pout like a little boy who just got his lollipop stolen from him. But he can also be so mature and wise, he seems to always know what to say and what to do in situations.

I'm sort of jealous, he's just so incredible.

(Hogwarts, 31st October)
Morning

Day of Halloween, everything is ready. Since Halloween this year was on a Saturday, nobody had to worry about classes, so everyone got to work to make some last minute perfections. The haunted house opens at four, so Slytherin was hard at work, Hufflepuff was in the kitchen getting ready for dinner and Gryffindor was perfecting their performance.

So, only Ravenclaw was left doing nothing since all the decorations were up. Me, Kenma and Yachi were in the grand hall working on some homework.

I was reading up on our hogwarts history homework when a first year named Kageyama came up to me with some candles. "Akaashi-san could you make these float through the grand hall. I can't seem to do it!" He said a little frustrated.

I sighed. "Yeah I'll do it, nice try though." He nodded and ran off.

Then I saw Sakusa running into the hall, he motioned for me. I stood up and put the candles on the table.

I went to my house leader when I saw my sister also running into the grand hall towards him. Sakusa shot an angry glare at Hina and then turned to me. "Akaashi?"

"Yes sir."

"Will you please tell your sister to stop, scaring the ravenclaw first years while they're finishing decorating." He said pointing to my sister, she crossed her arms and rolled her eyes.
