(Riley's POV)
I woke up an hour early before my walk with Wild Card's hands around my waist holding me tightly. I looked at him while remembering what he had said last night before shuffling my way out of his grip and getting ready to leave. A few minutes later, I walked to the kitchen to find my brother and A Capella chatting
"Hey, sis. You're up early,"
"Yeah, well I don't want to wait for Wild Card,"
"Something wrong, sis?"
"Kinda. He said 'I love you',"
"You love him too though, right?"
"He said Kara's name,"
"Riley, I'm so sorry,"
"It's fine, Ella. I'm going to go now,"
"Stay safe!"
I walked out and started my walk trying to clear my head for as long as possible
