Hi everyone,
I'd planned on keeping this book up all the way until I publish, but Wåttpad has too many sites mirroring and plagiarizing the stories here. (That's a problem for me because I want to eventually go exclusive on Amazon, but they won't allow that if you have any copies of your book floating around online.) One particular site won't even remove these stories once they're off Wåttpad, so I have to deal with sending them copyright notices.
I'm still a few years away from publishing Web of Secrets (unlike Aeonica which I'm publishing this year) but I thought I should be proactive to stop any more of these mirror sites from grabbing stories from here. I also have other issues with Wåttpad as a company and the way they treat people, so it seemed like a good time to cut ties.
