"Go!" Nat yelled, pushing me forward as she ran behind me.

I sprinted up the stairs, Nat moving slower due to her injured leg, causing her to have to jump up to a nearby landing as she narrowly dodged a swing from the Hulk.

"Come on!" I urged when she stopped for a second to look down at him.

He ripped the floor out from beneath her feet and she swung from a pipe to avoid being caught, not far behind me.

We ran up ahead until it went deathly silent, which I was sure was not a good sign.

We crouched under a group of pipes, Nat keeping her arm across me, shielding me from any possible attacks.

I clenched my jaw as I heard heavy footsteps nearby, breathing as silently as possible through my panic as I look around with wild eyes. He was nearby, but we didn't know where, and that was terrifying.

She quietly retrieved her gun from her side, looking over at me and nodding to the side, signaling for me to follow.

I kept my steps silent as we walked, making sure to watch behind us as she guided us forward.

A sudden earth shattering roar erupted from the left and I immediately moved into a defensive position as Nat shot at a pipe over the Hulk's head, causing a type of gas to surround him and cover our tracks as we made our getaway.

"Go!" She yelled as he screamed in anger, shoving me ahead through a glass tunnel, limping shortly behind.

He sprinted full speed after us, obliterating everything in his path and gaining on us quickly.

Before I knew it, she was shoving me harshly out of the way as he swung directly at us, hitting her so hard she went flying into a nearby wall.

I ran over to her, crouching down in front of her without thinking. I spread my arms out protectively, using myself as a shield as the Hulk came right back at us, knowing she would get even worse injuries if he got to her again.

I braced myself, flinching hard but refusing to leave her as he prepared to swing again. I inhaled sharply, preparing for impact only for something to barrel into him and send him flying away from us just in time.

We stared at the hole in the wall the pair went flying through, recognizing our savior as none other than Thor Odinson himself.

"Are you insane?" Nat yelled at me from behind me, grabbing my trembling arm as I turned to face her.

"Yeah, it's genetic!" I replied quickly, my sarcastic defense mechanism flaring up yet again. I spun around again as Thor and the Hulk began to fight, every agent in the area quickly fleeing the scene.

They began throwing punches at each other, Thor dodging each attack and making the first hit, only fueling the Hulk's anger.

He threw a first at him, his arm easily caught by the god as he tried to talk some sense into him.

"We are not your enemies, Banner. Try to think!" Thor tried, only to be punched directly through some nearby equipment.

The Hulk roared in anger, and I shrunk down into Nat, absolutely terrified but still keeping myself in front of her as she wrapped an arm around me, wanting me to move out of the way but not making any sudden movements.

I planted my feet as best as I could through my fear, knowing that if he came at us again she was in a position to throw me out of the way, and I wasn't about to let that happen.

I watched with wide eyes, hoping to god he didn't see us as I held my breath.

He yelled out again before running off after Thor, making us sigh in relief.
