Dancing (fluff)

3rd person POV:

all of class 76th are at some formal party monokuma and the kubs hosted! it was a giant ballroom with some nice classical music in the background and he even got very pretty/nice outfits for everyone

Rantaro was sitting on a bench talking while drinking punch with Shuichi

"thanks for hanging out with me Rantaro but I'm gonna go dance with Kaede now"

Shuichi smiles and waves goodbye to Rantaro

Rantaro smiles and waves back but his smile fades away when he realizes everyone was dancing besides him

some people were dancing alone and some people were dancing together

he sighed then continue to drink his punch while watching everyone have fun until...

"hello Amami! why are you just sitting here alone?" Kiibo asks him

"oh hi Kiibo uh.. no reason really, I was talking to Shuichi but he went to go dance with Kaede so now I'm alone- what are you up too?" Rantaro says

Kiibo sits down next to him

"I just got here so I don't know anything that's going on and I don't really wanna dance alone.." Kiibo sighs

they sat there in silence for a little until Rantaro got a idea

he got up and stood in front of Kiibo

"what are you doing Amami?" Kiibo tilts his head in confusion

"you said you didn't wanna dance alone so may I have this dance?" Rantaro asks reaching out his hand

Kiibo stares at him in shock then grabs his hand

they run into the middle of the ballroom and start to dance together and all they could do was smile and laugh

Kaede looks over at Rantaro and Kiibo for a quick second

"hey Shuichi looks over there! their so cute together" Kaede smiles pointing at Rantaro and Kiibo

Shuichi turns around and sees them

he pulls out his phone and quickly takes a few pictures and a video of them dancing together

Rantaro and Kiibo continued to dance until a slow song came on

Rantaro got the hint right away about the music

"do you know how to slow dance Kiibo?" he asks

Kiibo thinks for a second

"no I don't actually" he frowns

"that's okay I can teach you!" Rantaro smiles as he watches Kiibos eyes light up from happiness

Rantaro taught Kiibo how to slow dance but this whole time they were not paying attention to their surroundings

they were the only two dancing because everyone was either recording, taking photos, or smiling in awe cause of them

when the party ended everyone was sending the photos and videos to Rantaro and Kiibo and all they could do was look at each other

"wow I didn't even realize they were recording" Rantaro says rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly

Kiibo laughs awkwardly with him until their eyes met again

they stared at each other's pretty eyes for a little longer this time until Rantaro pulled Kiibo closer to him by the waist

they still continued to look at each other while Kiibo wrapped his arms around Rantaros neck

they could feel each other's breath from how close they were until they kissed each other

the kiss lasted awhile until Kokichi came from around the corner on his phone

"hey guys you ready to le-"

Kokichi looks up from his phone and sees them, he quickly took a picture from his phone then ran away





I'm shocked they didn't notice him





when he got back to the group he showed them the picture saying that he "hit the jackpot"

Angie screams "hah!" then turns to Miu

"Miu you own me five dollars cause someone got together tonight nyahahaha!" Angie says

Miu scoffs then gives Angie five dollars

Rantaro and Kiibo pulled away and right away their phones started blowing up and of course it was because of the picture Kokichi took

they laugh then Rantaros asks Kiibo something

"well might as well say it now but would you like to be my boyfriend Kiibo?"

"yes of course!"

they smile then hug each other taking in each other's warmth




this was the best night ever for both of them
