Josie is in class talking to her friends until the door bursts open showing the hot new neighbour from this morning casually walk in

"I'm sorry I'm late"

The teacher nods over to a spare seat behind josie hope spots the brunette looking away as if she doesn't care about her presence well that's about to change hope thinks to herself

Putting on her earplugs listening to some music josie feels a hand tap on her shoulder

It's hope and for some reason she seems to be bothering josie

"Do you want something"

"Yes your name"

"I don't have time for this"

"My charm doesn't seem to work on you does it"

The teacher calls out to the two as they both look up

"Josie you will be partnering up with Hope"

Never being forced into doing things against her will josie stands up putting a foot down

"I'm not agreeing to this"

"I'm afraid you will Ms Salvatore otherwise your parents will be informed about your behaviour"

At the corner of her eye she sees hope chuckling drawing something on her notepad

"What will it be josie"

She whips her head back to the teacher waiting for her response

"Fine but if anything happens I will hold you responsible sir"

As josie settles back in her seat behind her hope rolls her eyes watching the girl act like a little spoilt princess who's seeking for attention

End of class

The bell rings with students packing their stuff going out after being done chatting with her group of friends josie turns to hope who's busy bending a ruler on her desk

"Come over at mine so we can do this project"

Not getting any response from the auburn haired girl josie scoffs and heads out

Hope forms a smile as soon as she hears josie footsteps out the door

Ringing the doorbell a couple of times josie opens it moving aside letting hope in

"I thought you'd let me stand out here for another hour"

"It's good to know what you think of me already"

"I'm joking love can't you take a joke"

The brunette spins facing hope taking a step forward

"Don't call me love"

"Why not love"

Nothing the emphasis on love gets josie annoyed even more with the smug faced girl

"I've got a boyfriend I don't need some idiot calling me love"

Pretending to look hurt Hope puts a hand over her hurt with a broke look

"Ouch that hurt"

They both head upstairs

Fourth five minutes still in josie's room doing some work together hope gets thirsty to which josie tells her where the kitchen is get some water

Taking a left hope bumps into Caroline looking her up with a grin

The older lady tries to get away but to her luck hope mischievously keeps blocking her way

"Can you move"

"I don't think I can Mrs Forbes"

"I'm not saying anything because your partners with my daughter otherwise I would've have warned you from my house"

"There's no need for hostility Caroline we were once lovers weren't we"

Hope reaches for her cheek to which Caroline slaps away her hand not looking amused at the situation

"Ouch gosh you Forbes girls really love hitting someone your crushing on"

"Try anything with my daughter and I will end you myself got it she's in a happy relationship with her boyfriend and I don't want you messing that up for her got it"

"You want me all for yourself"

Having the last word hope jolts down to the kitchen for a glass of water leaving caroline feeling on edge

Back in josie's room hope sees her blonde twin

"Elizabeth right"

"It's lizzie"

"Where's your sister"

"Oh she ditched you to go on a date with her boyfriend"

The girl frowns hearing this but covers it up with a unbothered expression
