Hello to the few reader-friends I have made on Wattpad thus far!

This is my entry for the 2022 Open Novella Contest.

The prompts I've chosen:

Contrary to popular opinion, space is not the final frontier. There's something beyond that, and it's coming to us.

and

In 2050, our reptilian overlords reveal themselves to us. As one might imagine, that messes with what we perceive as the "natural order" in countless ways.
