Part 5

TW: Mention of Rape

*Y/N POV*

After i calmed down a bit, i finally spoke up again and told them what happened starting in charms class. 

" In charms I was minding my own business and he started saying things like how we should all be put into Azkaban and how I was a psychopath. then when he was leaving I pulled the leg locking spell on him and told him not to mess with me. Then Draco and I was on our way from the library to the great hall when he called Draco a psychopath and me a murderer in  front of everyone and i just froze. I didn't say anything and everyone was laughing at me and next thing i know all of you were there and Draco was beating the shit out of him" I blurted out and looked down at the ground, still in the embrace of Tom and Mattheo. 

" No one believes what he says and if they do then they are delusional." I look at Mattheo and start to tear up with my lip trembling. 

" You didn't actually kill anyone did you?" Mattheo asked warily. That was it for me. That was when I broke and something snapped inside of my head.

I dropped to the floor and brought my knees to my chest and cried into my knees. Tom and Mattheo just stood there silent. Tom came down and picked me up and placed me onto the bed. 

" I couldn't do anything. I just did it by accident. I swear i didn't mean to do anything." I sobbed into Tom's shoulder as he rubbed my back to try and calm me down. 

" Shh. Calm down, we are here." Tom quietly whispered. I started to calm down a little and Mattheo came and sat down next to us.  

" Is that why you are here?" I nodded

" What happened?" 

I took a deep breath and decided it was time to tell them.

" Theo. I killed because of him. I had to, he wouldn't let go of me. A few months after we had moved he started to change. He started doing drugs and there would be days where he would come home and he would be like a totally different person. One night he came home a little late and he stank of alcohol. He was drunk and did... things. He was never like that I swear. He wouldn't let me go and he just kept trying. I couldn't do anything." I took a breath and looked at both of them and they just nodded for me to continue

"I went to get my stuff to leave, just for a few days and he came up behind me and started choking me. He raped me and I felt useless like i couldn't do anything. It would be like that for a few weeks and I tried to leave on so many occasions but he caught me or found me then he locked me in the house and took my wand. He blamed it all on me, then got mad. One night I couldn't take it and when he was out I called Mum and Dad. They came and helped me leave. I didn't tell them what happened cause they would have killed him. I was back at home  and he somehow got in one day with these other people. They all tried to touch me and i did my best to hold them of. I couldn't take it so i grabbed my wand and did the first thing that came to my mind." I stopped and fiddled with my fingers

" I killed all of them except him. He escaped. "  

" Mum and Dad came in and saw 3 lifeless bodies on the floor. I told them what happened and they apologised for not being there but it wasn't their fault. He was the one who told us to leave and I was so caught up in the idea of being with him to actually think. Anyway they sent me here so I could get away and be with you guys and make some new friends." 

It was silent. They looked at each other then at me and I could see on both their faces they looked pained. Almost regret. I pulled them into a hug and the both held me tight and kissed me on the top of my head. 

" I'm so sorry for not being there. I promise you from now on we will be there for everything and no one is going to do a thing on you." Tom told me calmly. 

Mattheo just nodded his head along, not saying anything. I knew he cared about me too, just that he wasn't the best at expressing his feelings. 

" You should get some sleep. Well see you tomorrow morning." Tom broke the silence and we said our goodnights. 

I laid down on my bed and just stared at the ceiling. After quite a while I managed to fall asleep.
