As much as you hated to come to realize it, you had lately begun feeling different about your girlfriend. In the worst ways possible.
Nights you once spent in bed with your limbs tangled together feeling each others breath across your skin turned into lonely sleepless nights you spent missing the way her arms felt around you.
You missed the way she would hold you every night, lulling you to a peaceful sleep where absolutely nothing could you as long as she was there—because why would she let anyone or thing hurt you?
