To put it simply, story follows the live of Imperius and Tyrael, but other members of Angiris Council can be counted as main characters - same way as Rias Gremory and his peerage's members.

Solarion, the Spear of Valor is main weapon of archangel Imperius. According to the legend, the weapon was forged by Imperius himself in the heart of a dying star. It has been said to be an extension of his own will, powerful enough to sunder Hell's mighties rampants with with a single strike.

El'druin, the Sword of Justice is a sword of archangel of Justice Tyrael. El'druin is said to be the symbol of justice itself. By all accounts El'druin is a unique weapon, capable of cutting through any foe or substance in existence. However, some believe that the blade's edge cannot pass through or harm any being of righteous intent. The sword can destroy demonic seals.
Additionally, the sword has the ability to generate a small shield of some kind and protect its wielder from corruptive forces that would otherwise harm other . It also appears to have a degree of sapience. Only those with a righteous heart can wield the blade, and will not aid its user if used in anger. It carries angelic resonance, and is large enough to be carried with two hands.
El'druin, in a sense, is part of Tyrael himself. It is tied to his being, regardless of what form he takes, whether it be as an angel or mortal. Even if Tyrael were to somehow become a full fledged human, El'druin would remain tied to him.

Al'maiesh, the Cord of Hope, is the chosen weapon of archangel of Hope, Auriel . The cord is said to be a manifestation of her positive qualities. Pulsing with glowing runes from end to end, the long, serpentine ribbon can heal and energize those it touches.
In battle, the cord can be used as a whip, burning Auriel's enemies with rightous fire. It can also be used to bind enemies, and leave chains in its place after being retracted.

Talus'ar, the Scroll of Fate is a magical scroll possessed by the archangel of Fate, Itherael. It is an object that he consults in times of great need. Although Talus'ar is but a single scroll, accounts suggest that the information scrawled on the enchanted parchment changes based on the answers Itherael seeks. Allegedly, this is made possible by the vast number of crystals that Itherael possesses in the Library of Fate. Not all things are recorded in the scroll however.
In the minds of angels, all things that can be known are 'written', and it is through the scroll that these things can be known (as opposed to humanity, which is inquisitive by nature).

Chalad'ar, the Chalice of Wisdom is a chalice once owned by the the archangel of Wisdom, Malthael. The chalice contains living light that can never be depleted, and allows its user to see things with flawless objectivity. By peering into its depths, Malthael could see the web of connectivity that binds all things as one.
It is said that Malthael stared into the chalice for years on end while in the Pools of Wisdom, his quarter of the High Heavens. It's believed that it was from these pools that Malthael drew from to fill the chalice.
