Christmas present

Noah's pov

Christmas is in two weeks and Cody is super excited about it,but I don't know what gift to give him

Cody: Hey Noah! what's the prettiest boy on the world doing?

Cody looked at me with a big smile while walking in my direction and giving me a hug

Noah: what does my little sunshine want now?

Cody: hum what do you mean?

I let out a small laugh and look at Cody

Noah: you are being so loving out of nowhere,I know you really well Cody, you want cuddles don't you?

Cody slowly nodded his head making me laugh 

Cody: you know me too well

Cody sunk his head on my chest embarrassed

Noah: yeah I do 

Cody let go of me then stood in front of me stretching out his arms towards me while making his puppy eyes,I rolled my eyes while smiling and picked him up 

I will never admit to him but I can't refuse nothing he asks for when he does those puppy eyes

Cody: lets watch a Christmas movie!

Noah: sure but first I will do some popcorn

Cody: ok!

Cody had a big smile on his face while I carried him to the kitchen,he wrapped his arms around my neck and laid his head on my shoulder, I made the popcorn and went to the living room so we could watch a movie 

I laid down on the couch and Cody laid on my chest,he chose a movie on Netflix and we started watching

I wasn't really hungry so I just let Cody eat the popcorn by himself while I stroked his short,curly,brown hair

Cody: wow look Noah! so pretty the teddy bear the little girl got, it's even her size!

Noah: yes It is really pretty 

I let out a smile seeing Cody's big blue eyes spark while he talked

Cody: I wish I had a teddy bear my size!

he was focused on the movie when I realized that would be a great gift for Cody

(time skip)*Christmas day

Cody: Noah!! wake up! its finally CHRISTMASS

Noah: calm down,I know its Christmas 

I slowly got up rubbing my eyes looking at a smiling Cody

Cody: let's go open the gifts!

Noah: ok, ok, just let me get up and brush my teeth and use the bathroom 

Cody: ok fine,but don't take to long,I will be waiting you down stairs 

I just nodded my head to Cody entering the bathroom

(time skip)

Noah: I'm done we can open the gifts now

I went down stairs going to the Christmas tree that Cody was sitting next to

Cody: finally! open mine first!

I let out a laugh seeing how excited he was to give me his present, I took it  from his hands and started to unwrap it 

once I was done unwrapping I saw a book I've been wanting to read for a long time but I couldn't find it in any store to buy, since it was a kinda of a rare book because it wasn't produced anymore

Noah: wow.. how did you get this?!

Cody: that's a long story but basically a friend of my dad was selling it and I though you would like it 

I smiled at cody and went next to him, giving him a big hug lying my head on his shoulder

Noah: thank you I loved it 

Cody hugged me back and we stayed like that for sometime, but we let go because I wanted to give cody my present 

Noah: you probably notice you present isn't under the tree so wait here that I will bring it, but first close you eyes and only open it when I tell you can,ok?

he nodded his head and closed his eyes with a smile on his face,so I went upstairs and went to the guest room where I left the teddy bear 

I grabbed the teddy and went down stairs again placing it on the couch,then I went on Cody's direction and sat in front of him and held his cheeks with my hand giving him a small kiss getting him from surprise

Noah: you can open now

Cody slowly opened his eyes and I let go of his cheeks

as soon as he saw the "giant" teddy bear he opened a big smile and ran in its direction hugging it 

Cody: Omg this is like the teddy bear of the movie we saw!!

Noah: yes it is 

Cody let go of the teddy and ran in my direction now hugging me 

Cody: thank you,thank you,thank you

I hugged him back and kissed his head 

Noah: no problem,I'm happy you liked it

Cody: I loved it !

Noah: good to know sunshine
