There is no method of calming, relocating or exterminating him. Only specially trained forces will slow him down, but not much.
He is believed to have once been normal, but due to the mass of experiments we did on him its completely disfigured his body and taken over his mind.

We have spoken with the world's leaders and have agreed that if he gets too powerful, we set off a nuclear bomb. Big enough to destroy our entire solar system. We don't know if it will kill him. If it doesn't, and if space doesn't kill him, then he'll be there when our world reforms.

He is usually in the area called The Bermuda Triangle, only only if he leaves that area he is to be hopefully driven back into it.
