There are many factors that could contribute to a bad day, or even, a bad life. A rainy storm, a car crash, the death of a friend. We as humans can only take so much tragic loss and bad luck before we are inevitably thrown into the deep end. We are designed to adapt to endure such blue times.

But what does one do when over exposed to horrors over a short period of time? When the body can no longer take any more before it shatters under pressure completely?
When your hopes are lifted high and your spirits too, before being thrown back down and buried six feet under the grainy dirt.

And for many, especially for one, it can end up to be too much.
