1. Can you tell us about yourself
Swini - Well, you really do sound like an interviewer asking the candidate to introduce yourself during the interview. Lolz, Jokes apart. I am Swini, I am more into reading. But occasionally I do write during my leisure time. The rest you will know from my stories.
Me: hahaha
2. Can you tell us about your hobbies besides writing?
Swini-Oh, that's a tough question I see over here. I don't have some specific hobbies as such. It's all depending on my whims and the things that intrigue me out of nowhere. And just like they begin, they end soon too. So I wouldn't like to categorize them with a tag of 'Hobbies'.
3. Who is your favorite writer?
Swini - Mo Xiang Tong Xiu, without a second thought.
4. What is the best part of writing a book?
Swini - Writing a book is like an amalgam of your and your character's emotions. When you are pinning something down, you're not only narrating a tale but you are also speaking up for your mute characters. The best part of writing is when you place yourself in their standpoint and make readers feel their story through your chosen words. It's like achieving a goal that wasn't set priorly, but you are happy for being there. And when the book ends, it's a feeling of something missing out from your life that holds your heart and you did not know what to do with these feelings. The story ends, but the emotions of the characters remain deeply rooted in their hearts. And the contentment is when the readers say that 'They too can't let go of this story.' And for me, that's the best part of writing a story.
5. What one thing in the world do you want to change if you can?
Swini- See coming to this point of life, I really don't feel like changing anything. As long as you can survive, that's what all matters. But there is definitely something I would like to wish for.. That is China to legalize LGBTQ so that my bias can end up being together openly.

6. How did you come up with the username in Wattpad
Swini- Right now it's just about the Wei WuXian's flute that I was so obsessed with. As For my earlier username, Swini is basically a part of my name.
7. How did you get the idea about writing your masterpiece 💚 when only love remains a book?
Swini- There wasn't any idea as such. I was given the line or words 'When only love remains' and was asked to write oneshot on it. There wasn't any plot as such. It was as if I was asked to write an essay on it. But when I actually started penning it down, it turned into a long one. And half of the credit for that story goes to my one and only fav Indian Singer, Darshan Raval. There was this song that I was listening to while writing the initial chapters of this story. It goes by the title Ek tarfa. And after listening to it, the whole simple plot of the story which initially was meant to be finished within 10k words dragged to 156k words. And now that I am editing it, the word count of the first 14 chapters is 50k. So looking at the way things are going on, I can say that the word count is gonna be more than 300k. And without me actually knowing about it, the story line followed these 'When Only Love Remains' title. It wasn't something pre-planned or plotted in advance. Now that I look back at it, it's actually very poorly written.
Swini: But your book only love remains is a masterpiece 💚 I guess you haven't finished reading it yet.
Me: I already read it 3 times, It's my 2nd most favorite book and my 2 comfort book, But now it's not there 🥺
Swini - But now it's not there 🥺 Oh my god. It's undergoing edition dear. It is out as and when I get the time to edit the chapters and plot bit by bit.
Me: No it was so amazing and every word was so connected
Swini - Thank you, I am humbled.
8. What are your thoughts about stopping people treat LGBTQ people unfairly
Swini - You cannot change the thoughts of elderly people who are about to leave this world. But according to me, the world is moving towards the sun and the light is bound to make the current generation realize that everyone on this earth is equal. Yeah, there are toxic people, but don't let them hurt your beliefs. In this life, everyone has their own beliefs. Some do support it but can't accept it in real life. The more you try to stop them, the more they will try to oppose it. And that will in turn hurt your own sanity. It is best that we support this community and make them realize that, don't give a damn about street dogs barking we are still standing with you.
9. A day with wang yibo?
Swini - I dare not to offend Xiao Zhan in any possible way. I will pass on this wish of meeting his husband.

10. Can you tell us about your next upcoming projects and when will be only love remains the whole book will be release
Swini - Umm, whether fortunately or unfortunately, there won't be any new stories in 2022. I am first planning to finish up all the ongoing stories. And I am low-key thinking of leaving this platform after completing these few ongoing stories. About WOLR, I will try to make it available by the end of this year; of course, if nothing goes wrong.
