Details: LEON, along with LOLA, was one of the four known vocals for "Project Daisy". Only he and LOLA were the ones to be released publicly though. Both LEON and LOLA failed to impact the American industry due to having "British accents". For a period of time, LEON, LOLA, and MIRIAM, a VOCALOID who would be released later, were not put on sale because of the lack of interest towards vocal synths at the time. After VOCALOID started gaining more interest, LEON, along with LOLA and MIRIAM, started selling on Zero-G's website. However, on January 1st, 2014, LEON, LOLA, and MIRIAM were officially retired.
Etymology: "Leon" is a name of Latin origins and is used in several countries in Europe as a variation of the name "Leo", meaning "Lion".
