Stopping them to speak
They say women can't lead
They only plead
Their capabilities are neglected
Their suggestions were not accepted
They deserve to be heard
All these nonsense should be cleared
Let us stop this mentality
Let all women be what they want to be
They aren't slackers
Their opinion matters
They are self-assured
