I personally feel intense chest dysphoria. I am unable to purchase a binder (yeah, I'm old, but stfu) due to my family conditions sooo here's what I do!!

Buy a racerback sports bra, any color is fine, any brand (however i prefer actual sports brands, such as nike). Make sure it is a size smaller than your typical size, this will add the binding effect; DO NOT GO ANY MORE SIZED DOWN,, IT REDUCES YOUR CHANCE OF TOP SURGERY AND CAUSES HEALTH COMPLICATIONS.
I get my bras from Target, they're generally pretty cheap and not suspicious at all.

Please do not use things like tape, I've done it and... I nearly passed out, no, really, I nearly did. It's suffocating and hurts your ribcage and your chest in general.
There are other technique's ofc, this is just what i do :)

Another fair warning is that binding can reduce your chance of successful top surgery. I do not 'bind' too often, i usually wear extra layers, like black tank tops and under shirts.

I personally do not suggest extremely baggy clothing. Well, i guess it just depends on the size of your chesticals. Your man boobahs can really show in baggy shirts. Hoodies are a good alternative and cover up, especially ones a size larger than your normal size.
I have two special sweaters for dysphoric days; my black IDKHOW hoodie and a Queen sweater. Designs can help alot, so find a hoodie of a band, singer, movie/show or actor you like; it makes it more comforting (at least for me lol).

Button downs are amazing, too. They make you look like a mega dad, AND help disguise your pesky moobs! Hawaiian shirts are the best, trust me, looking like a dad is a successful trait when youre trans.

(p.s. actual binding is the best thing to do.. lol)

Working out your arms can really be helpful, too! It makes you feel more masculine, gets you exercising and gets you buff. Buff arms = buff mega chad. (This is slightly satirical.. not really though.)
