"I get why Niki is so into you" A voice echoed in the dark room.
Seolhee struggled to open her eyes and her head still hurt from earlier,
"Minhyuk?" She glared,
"Surprise,surprise! But is it really though?" He smiled, sitting on top of a table
"Its funny you see" He let out a laugh,
"Son of Nishimura Empire, Nishimura Riki , Who didn't seem to care about anyone other than himself or his hyungs finally having a weak point"
The guy stood up and walked towards the girl,
"Oh dear, why didn't I find you before him?"
"I would have never even looked at you" Seolhee replies,
Minhyuk just laughed at the answer
"You being Nishimura's girlfriend just adds to the excitement. But still, from now on you belong to me and me only"
"If ever Nishimura tries to take you away from me,I wouldn't hesitate to end his life"
Seolhee's eyes grew wild but still a smirk grew on her lips, "You are so jealous of Niki its pathetic" She gained his attention, "You are so fucking jealous of how he is better than you at almost everything"
Minhyuk was visibly annoyed at the girl
"Its true, you only 'like' me because I'm his girlfriend you pathetic shit. If you had the fucking courage than you wouldn't tie me up here like this"
The door burst open shocking everyone there including Minhyuk,
"Stay away from her Minhyuk or you will face some serious consequences "Heeseung's voice could be heard
"Fucking bastards" Minhyuk mouthed
Some men gathered around Seolhee and help her get out of the hostage. As expected, Niki was the first one to run to her.
"Are you ok?" He asks "Yep" Seolhee stood up
"Minhyuk, this is the fucking last warning. Keep the business rivalry only inside the office doors" Jay threatened.
As the group were about to leave,Minhyuk called out
"Seolhee baby,I can treat you much better than him. Niki is just going to play with you" Minhyuk still had a smirk on his face almost as of he was proud of what he said
" You are no one to comment on our relationship. Also,my boyfriend is much better than you"
Niki tightened his seat belt along with Seolhee's
"'My ' boyfriend huh?" Niki smiled at her,
"Niki, this is a serious matter"Seolhee replied ,rolling her eyes at the guy
"Dont worry Seolhee, I'll get him behind the bars. He won't hurt you again" Niki reassured her
"He is known to have done crimes such as these before but was never arrested due to lack of evidence. But now with what happened today, he isn't going to escape so easily. And as for your safety, I'll make sure no one lays a hand on you"
Seolhee fiddled with her fingers, "Its not myself I am worried about,its you. He said that he won't hesitate to hurt you and I can't let that happen. You sure he is going to jail?"
Niki hummed as a response, "Dont worry Seolhee, no one is going to harm 'your' boyfriend again"
Seolhee again glared at the other "Quit saying that" She shook her head
"Whyy? Is it getting too real for you?" He teased, "Are you perhaps,falling in love with me?" He gasps dramatically
"You wish" Seolhee laughs at the silly behaviour
"Right, I do" He replied but mumbled the other part silently
The couple entered the mansion and Seolhee went straight to work. Grandma Choi's gaze was on the two. Niki felt her gaze and looked up at her. He let out a sigh when she signalled him to come upstairs
"What is this Niki, you shouldn't be loosing focus" She scolded
"You almost lost control and used your powers in the public today" She added
Niki stood ,gritting his teeth, "She was in danger" He replied shortly
"I dont care if she is in danger, You are an altar and behave like it for God's sake-"
"But I care! I fucking care about her. Yea I almost lost my control but I wouldn't have regretted using my powers if it meant for her protection" He answered her angrily
"And I won't hesitate to use it in the future if it meant her safety"
He walked outside the room and found the seven figures leaning on the wall,
"You did the right thing Niki" Sunoo gives him reassurance
"And as for Minhyuk, dad is dealing with the case. He said that Minhyuk escaping from this has a very low chance " Sunghoon said and patted on his back
"Right,you go rest Niki. You worked hard" Jake added,
