Niki sat on his couch as he thought about what happened today. He remembered that as soon as he heard of Seolhee's abduction he had almost went crazy.
He contacted as many people he could to find where Minhyuk could have hid her. Driving around the city looking for her as if he was a maniac . He also remembered the relief he felt when he finally found out where Minhyuk had hid her.
A knock was heard on the door and Seolhee walked inside the room with a tray on her hands
"I heard you hadn't eaten so" She placed the tray on the table
"Dont skip your meals" She set up the table with the food
"I took too long,didn't I?" He referenced to the earlier
She smiled at him, "Not really, you came at the perfect timing as if you were some male lead"
Niki chuckled and sat on the chair beside the table
"I'm sorry" He muttered "I should've come faster"
"Dont dwell on what already happened Niki" She kept on smiling,
"Eat your meal before it gets cold,bye"
"Is he eating?" Niki's mom asks the girl "Yes Mrs.Nishimura ,he is"
Niki's mom gives a sigh of relief "That kid , he never takes care of himself" Seolhee of course let out a chuckle
"I am so happy he has you now, It gives me a feeling of being secure at all times"
"I am doing this because I am happy to stay by his side "
The older women laughs at the younger "Glad to hear that honey, You too don't over work "
A worker interrupted the conversation, "Excuse me,someone is here to meet Ms.Seolhee"
"Me?" Seolhee was confused,
"Let them in" Niki's mother said
Soon a girl who was frantically running could be seen in the hallways. Who else would it be than her own sister.
"What are you doing-" "ARE YOU 0K?" Minjeong screams
"Well,obviously " Seolhee jokes but her sister was somewhat serious
"I'm fine eonnie, Niki and the others came in time" Her sister let out a sigh of relief
"You must be Seolhee's sister, I am Niki's mom"
Minjeong bowed at the older lady, "Can I take her back?" "Oh sure sure, be safe ok?"
The ride back home was pretty quiet,but not an awkward kind of quiet. "You know,Niki isn't as bad as I thought" Minjeong exclaimed
Seolhee let out a chuckle at her sister's word
"I always thought that him and his hyungs were just some group of wealthy spoiled kids who got everything they wanted.
I got so consumed with what happened in the past that I didn't want to look past that" Her sister added
"Past?" Seolhee was curious
"You remember Mira?"
"Eonnie's friend? Who is in Boston right now?" Seolhee asked her sister and she nodded
"She had gotten involved with Heeseung. So much to the point that she got obsessed. And you might know that Heeseung and his friends, didn't do relationships so he simply rejected her.
Mira was sad,really sad. She started hurting herself doing god knows what just to gain his attention. She thought that maybe Heeseung would've noticed her but no,it just got worse. Her parents couldn't stand it anymore so she was sent to Boston.
Me and my other friends couldn't see Mira like this and we wanted to blame someone. Yes there was Heeseung's fault but now that I have come to a situation where I can fully accept what happened. I hated those guys for no reason"
Seolhee nodded silently just listening to her sister, "And Niki,that kid is a nice guy."
"He is" Seolhee replied
"And Seolhee my sister has started to like him"Her sister grinned
"N-" "Dont even try to deny " Seolhee was shut off by her sister
"Knowing you,you probably might have not even realised that you like him"
Seolhee thinks about it, "You like him, your brain is already small stop putting unnecessary pressure in it"
Minjeong laughs at her younger sister and keeps on driving.
