[___]'s narrative

It's hard being a kryptonian living on Earth, self control, super accidents, being misunderstood... That was a chaos I used to deal with, along with my sister Kara, three years ago, we were like best friends, basically bread and jelly, but It all came to an end...

The day our cousin finded us in our pod, we saw a man, not the baby we used to babysit back in Krypton. Despite meeting a new Kal, or Clark as called here, I tried to give him a chance, meeting him before making suppositions, sadly, Kara was not happy about it. Since day one, those two have had stupid argues, there's no escape to them, and I know they won't change.

At first, I was just between a rock and a hard place, quietly watching how they got more offended each second, but they ended up involving me in one of their disagreements.

-I'm telling you Kara, you can't be a hero! Both of you need to train and learn before before launching into the world. You need to grow. -I noded, at least Kal's words make sence to me.

-Excuse me? We practically teached you to walk, and you were Superboy last summer! -Kara complained.

-Two summ... You know what? That's not the point! You have a lot to learn!

-No, I don't Clark! You still think you're better than us, but... -Clark interrupted.

-Why can't you be like your sister? [___] is allways learning and practicing, not playing to be a hero.

Kara's face was now red, anger running though her venís, she was never a fan of comparisons.

-You just brainwashed her! That's it, she doesn't dare use even half of her powers because of you, and now she became a pushoverthanks to you.

-I don't think she agree with you. -Clark answered, soon they both turn their heads in my direction in search of an answer, they would practically make me choose between them.

That was the exact moment I knew I was screwed.

-Honestly, I'm not ready to use my powers, we are young and inexperienced, I allways ruin everything, but I want to support your decisions, sister. -I did my best not to give preference, but I had an own opinion after all...

Kara gave me a look between angry and disappointed. She took her jacket and leaved.

-Kara! -Kal put his hand on my shoulder.

-I know keep in control and save face is not easy, believe me, living in a planet that do not understand you... I was there myself, but as soon as you learn to manage your powers, and understand the people on Earth, everything will be easier. People will learn to love you eventually, and they will finally see you. But it...

-Takes time and experience, I know. -I answered smiling weakly.

-Call me if you need advice, or if just want to talk.

I noded and he flied back to Metropolys.

From then on Kara distanced herself, I missed her but I couldn't do anything about it. On the other hand, things were going well for me in high school, despite complications with my powers and continued rejection from Kara. When everything seemed to start to improve, somehow Kara managed to break the gym in Smallville high so we had to move. She said that wasn't her, but She had no way to prove she was framed.

In the car on the way to Metropolys high school, my gaze met that of a girl in a peculiar... armor? Our gazes hold on each other several minutes before the car advance again. Well, she's pretty.

We entered to school, and Kara did nothing but avoid me, and despite letting me sit with her and her new friends so I wont be alone, she still was a little cold, and never spoke to me more than necessary. That doesn't even matter because before I could make any conversation with her, someone threw spaghetti at her face. Had to admit I hold a laugh.
