10. The Election

-Next day-

Ginny and I walk out of our room, we walk downstairs and the boys aren't there yet, we sit down on the couch 'are you nervous?' she asks and I nod 'you?' I ask 'yeah, I don't know what will happen, I don't want to get chosen' she says and I nod in agreement, suddenly I smell Harry's cologne and I turn my head, Harry and Ron are actually walking downstairs 

'let's go' I say and stand up 'Y/n' Ginny says and I turn to her 'yeah?' I ask 'you smelled something, didn't you?' she asks 'yeah I smelt Harry's cologne' I say 'your wolf abilities are kicking in, you should watch out, you can get caught' she says and I nod 

'let's sit by the tree in the courtyard' Harry says and we all agree, we walk to the courtyard and get onto our tree, this has always been our spot, this tree has multiple big branches were you can sit on, we all start talking with each other.

-Time skip-

'dear children, you are expected in the great hall' Mcgonagall says as she walks into the courtyard 'professor Mcgonagall I don't want to' Enzo says, a second year Gryffindor. Enzo and I know each other for a little while now

Last year when I was prefect he came to me when he got bullied by some Slytherins before the actual war and I handled it, since then I helped him with his homework, spells and other things, he's like a little brother to me.

I quickly jump out of the tree 'yeah, professor, we don't want to get chosen or work for that son of a snake' I say

'I am sorry but he said that students that don't follow rules gets killed, I really don't more of you getting killed' she says 'isn't there anything we can do?' I ask and she shakes her head, I look at my friends and back at Mcgonagall

'well let's go then, come on' I say and walk to Enzo 'there is nothing to be scared off okay, Enzo?' I say to him and he nods his head 'come' I say and offer my hand, he grabs it (I know he's eleven/twelve but let it be, its a cute moment so SHUSH OKAY) 

I smile and we walk to the great hall, Voldemort and some of his death eaters are standing behind him, even Draco. I notice Bellatrix and Narcissa and they glare at me, I just shake my head and look down at the boy next to me 'Enzo, do you want to sit with us?' I ask him and he nods

I look at my friends and they all give me a nod and smile. We get to our spots and sit down but I look around and see too many death eaters, Enzo sits in front of me to me. (Y/n isn't sitting directly looking at the table she's sitting with her legs on both sides of the seat thingy, u understand)

I turn to my friends 'guys... I am sorry but there is no way this plan is gonna work' I whisper 'we know...' they say and we walk to our table, we were the last ones that walk into the great hall

'dear children!' Voldemort starts and I roll my eyes as I look away, I direct my gaze back to Voldemort 'let the election start!' He says and people start choosing their new "toys" suddenly Malfoy walks forward

'Ginevra Molly Weasley' he says and my eyes widen 'what?' I say and look at Ginny, she slowly stands up and Draco walks over to her, wrapping his arm around her waist, Harry, Ron and I quickly stand up

'don't touch her!' Ron says and stands up 'she is mine now' Draco snarls and I also stand up

'Draco don't. you. dare. hurt her' I warn him 'trust me, that is the last thing I would do' he says and I nod 'calm down, calm down' Voldemort says and we sit down, I look at Draco and Ginny they walk out of the hall, she looks back at me and I give her a nod.

Many people are getting chosen and the hall gets emptier and emptier. Enzo, Harry, Ron and I are still sitting together, around us there are many of our friends gone 'Ivy Riddle' Voldemort says and a beautiful girl steps forward 'Harry James Potter' the girl says and I look at my brother
