Hacks. Or jugaad. We're ahead in this too.
We plastic wrap our remotes so they don't get bad.
If they do, or any device, as a matter of fact, we slap them until they work. Same with kids.
We have one plastic bag which holds all the other ones.
We never just use glassware- thats for guests coming once a year. Our only utensil is steel, with our grandparents' name inscribed in it.
Another hack is using old saris, and making blankets out of them.
Using old shirts to make pochas.
Cutting open a tube of toothpaste to take every last bit, until our thumbs hurt from the pushing.
Adding water to any soap or shampoo, it increases the volume by 40%.
Using old phone of our parents to save money.
Aur bhi bohot hai...;)
