And for some reason, our spices have such a striking taste! I mean,
In India, instead of pepper spray, haldi mirch is better!
And, not to mention, we've got literally masalas for every dish.
- Pav Bhaji Masala
- Sambhar Masala
- Paneer Masala
- Chole MasalaAnd one thing only we know: Kashmiri mirchi and red mirchi are very different.
And half the spices or ingredients we put in, aren't even eaten by us. We practically put them in for 'taste'. Bruh.
Like, cinnamon sticks, kadi patta, cloves, kokum.
