One mistake ruined everything,
I know it’s not right
I was told to stop
Yet I reasoned to cover what to come.
Beckoned to go further,
’Twas my fault by the way,
The thought of understanding,
It was just a thought to kill!
Ugh, really not want anymore
To live in this corrupted world,
I really want to be with You, Lord,
But I have to live only for Your sake.
This is one big lesson
To heed only Your instructions,
To not give in the whispers of this world,
Have to trust the process and faith in Your words.
