"Baby, are you sure you don't need anything else?" Justin asked me as he sat down on the edge of the bed. I had been sick for a whole week, and I just wouldn't seem to get better. So Justin had taken a few days off from work, so that he could be by my side all the time, which I found really sweet.

"I'm sure Justin, I just need some rest," I told him as I smiled at him. Justin nodded his head and smiled back to me. Then he stood up and blew me a kiss. Then he left the room and immediately I fell asleep.

I woke up an hour later feeling worse than I did in the morning. I felt nausea, so I quickly got out of the bed and ran into the bathroom. I sat down on my knees and opened the toilet before letting everything out. Justin must have heard me, because a few second later he was upstairs by my side holding my hair away from my face. As I continued to throw up, Justin started rubbing my back, which calmed me down a little bit. I finally managed to finish throwing up, so I flushed the toilet and got up, but I was too dizzy, so Justin had to catch me from falling.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" he asked me as he picked me up and carried me into the bedroom again. I sighed and closed my eyes.

"Not so well, I feel dizzy and nauseas just actually a lot worse than how I felt this morning" I told him as he placed me on the bed again. Justin pouted and got into bed with me.

"That's not good, is there anything I can do to help you?" Justin asked as he started caressing my cheek.

"Yeah, can you pleas give me some aspirin?" I asked him as I placed my head on the comfortable pillow and closed my eyes.

"I'll be right back" he smiled, and then he climbed out of bed again and went into the bathroom to get me the aspirin. And soon enough he was back with two aspirins and a big glass of cold water. Justin sat down on the edge of the bed and handed me the pills.

"There you go baby" he said, as he also handed me the water. I quickly just sat up and placed the pills on my tongue, and then I took the water and drank some of it. I quickly swallowed the pills, and after I had drunk the water, I handed the glass back to Justin and lay down again. Justin quickly kissed my forehead, and then he went downstairs with the glass. A few minutes later I heard the front door being opened and closed, but it was like no one was there, not even Justin. I furrowed my eyebrows and got out of bed. It took me a few minutes to gain my balance, but finally as I got it, I started walking downstairs to look for Justin. I searched every single room, but there was no Justin? I sighed and made my way out to the front door, both his jacket and his shoes were gone? He has probably went out to get something, so I just shook it off and made my way upstairs again, but as I got half way upstairs, I got dizzy again and all I remember was falling down the stairs and the everything was black.

* Justin's POV *

I was on my way home again; I had just went to the grocery store to pick up some of Y/N's favorite stuff. I parked my car in the driveway and went inside, but as I got inside, I noticed there was a big puddle of blood on the floor, I followed the blood with my eyes and soon noticed Y/N lying on the floor completely blacked out. I started freaking out, and I quickly found my phone and called 911. 

"911, what's your emergency?" a male asked as he picked up the phone.

"It's my girlfriend, she has been sick, and she has just fallen down the stairs and there is blood everywhere," I told him in one big breath. I was so freaked out, what if she wouldn't survive this? I wouldn't be able to live without her!

"Where are you? I will send an ambulance as quick as possible" he explained, I sighed and told him our address, then I ended the call and made sure Y/N was still breathing, which she luckily was. I quickly ran out to our kitchen and found something to wrap around her head, so I could stop the bleeding, because she had already lost a lot of blood.
