I had to move away from my home town in the UK, into a small neighbourhood. It was perfect and had everything you needed. I had to find the house I was living in, or- more realistically, the apartment I'm gonna live in. Once I stepped off the bus I realised how hard it will be to find my apartment. I went to the dollar store to get a few snacks and plushies, and then set off to find my room. I bumped into a few grumpy people on the way, but also saw some pretty nice people to! I found my apartment after looking for 3 hours. I met someone called falafel ! He's not mean but not really nice either. I was living on the top floor and there was ALOT of floors to the building so it took a long time to get up them. It took a while, but I set up all my stuff in the room and rearranged some furniture. Once all that was done, I fell onto my bed. I checked the time and realised it was 2:30 am! It took that long to do all this!? I fell asleep from exhaustion and woke up at 8:00 am. I went to the shoe store because all my shoes are worn out and wrecked. I entered the store and saw 2 people sitting at each end of a long stool, they were both awkwardly sitting there, probably waiting for their shoes or something. They started singing and then became friends, the fact they made friends so easily made me kinda jealous. I gathered up the courage to walk halfway up to them and then walked back to where I was. I saw their confused face in the corner of my eye and saw them approach me. I started sweating crazy and tried to avoid looking at them. They asked me why I walked up to them and I just ignored them. They tapped my shoulders and the short, red one said "helloooo?? Why are you ignoring us??????" It was hard to ignore them but the other one said " apple, be quiet! They probably are scared to talk in public! Anyway- hi I'm onion, if you wanted to be our friend then you could if you want!" My sweating became more intense and I became red hot with embarrassment, "sure," I said looking down at the floor. The red person, which I think his name is apple, began talking again " so where do u live?? Wait that sounds creepy... I meant it as so we can meet each-other !" I looked at them, gaining my confidence. "I live in the flats near the dollar store, someone who owns a cat lives there and this guy called falafel" apple looked at onion with excitement, "that's the address my mom and dad gave me ! Except I have to live on a roof shack." Onion looked at apple with a puzzled look, and then turned to me " well *ehem* I lost my job, and my company apartment house. So I don't really have a place to stay." He said. Apple looked like he was concentrating hard, "hm, hm, hm....... ....... ! ..... HEY WHY DONT WE BECOME ROOMMATES!" Both their faces lit up and they started jumping with joy, then they turned to me, "which floor do you live on?" Apple asked, I told them I lived on the top floor and they looked even more exited! I saw a worker standing behind onion. "So are you gonna buy anything or what?" I quickly grabbed the shoes I wanted, pulled the money out my pocket and got a peice of paper and pen, I write down my number and gave it to the duo and paid for my stuff. When I got home, I realised I got a text from an unknown number. You didn't have to be a genius to guess who it was...

"HI THIS IS APPLE AND ONION MAKE SURE U SAVE OUR NAMES IN UR CONTACTS OK BYE" The picture put me off guard for a while, then I saved their name in my contacts like they said, I texted them back, confirming they had the right number and they immediately texted me back "meet us in the dollar store tomorrow at 12:00" I didn't know what they were doing but I put it in my reminders and dozed off to sleep.....
