Feeling relaxed can be hard sometimes, right?
What can I do to feel relax and take a moment to breathe?
- Music: it doesn't have to be something specific, it just have to be a music that makes you feel relax
- Meditation: guided meditation is always easy to follow for beginners. When you're starting don't worry for the time, you can start with five minutes if that works for you.
- Deep breathing: breathe slowly counting in your head. Example: breathe in counting to five, hold for five seconds (counting), breathe out for another five seconds counted as well.
- Imagery: think about the most relaxing place you can think of, that place that doesn't have any noise or distraction.
- Stretching: take a moment to get out of the chair and stretch your body, remember that you're in control with your body and you are able to take a moment to feel relax
