Probably the questions you have been asking yourself. The reality is that sometimes you don't need to live something traumatic to have depression. Sadly is something a lot of people struggle with and needs to be worked before it get worst.What is depression? Basically a disorder that causes the feeling of sadness, most of interest, appetite, no energy, feeling tired even when you do nothing, you don't want to get out of bed, or take a shower. The fact that you have a good time and you smile for a while, doesn't take back that you may be passing through a depression problem.
Is really important that you look for a mental health professional that will help you find out what is triggering it, how to help it and tips for the daily life.
Going to therapy is a big step, but the main source of power is yourself. Only if you work for it, it can get better.
