Sakura was able to defeat a high ranking Anbu member who at the time, took in a tailed-beast drug and gained a nine-tail cloak, similar to Naruto's. She took multiple blows from Kido, including a bijuu bomb. Her technique was to heal Kido's damaged parts due to Sakura's attacks. Eventually, his cells would die due to over-replication. Sakura fought while being impaled and healed herself during the time.
